Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can request a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. We review every request, and when the trial ends you choose a plan to carry on. There's no permanent free plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Billing, or straight from any locked feature in the app. Changes apply right away: an upgrade charges the prorated difference for the rest of the month, and a downgrade credits the unused part to your next invoice.
How is a “user” counted?
Anyone with a login in your organization — reviewers, business leads, legal, finance — counts as a user on your plan.
What happens when I add more users than my plan includes?
Each plan includes a set number of users in the base price; every user beyond that is billed at the plan's per-user rate. Your Billing page always shows what you'd pay today based on your current team size.
What happens if I outgrow my contract limit?
We'll let you know before it becomes a problem — nothing gets locked or deleted. Upgrade whenever it makes sense for your team.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — every plan is billed monthly for now. Reach out if annual billing would help your team commit.
