About us

The working home for contract routing

Granur exists because partnerships and vendor-management teams deserve better than a shared inbox and a spreadsheet to track every agreement moving through their organization.

Contracts don't move through an organization in a straight line — they get routed between intake, finance, legal, and security review, sent out for signature, and then tracked for renewal for as long as the relationship lasts. Most teams manage that whole lifecycle across email threads, shared drives, and a tracker that's always slightly out of date.

We built Granur to give that process a single home: one visual pipeline where a contract's stage, owner, and outstanding reviews are always visible, and where renewal dates and obligations surface automatically instead of depending on someone remembering to check.

What we care about

Grounded in real workflows

Every stage, review track, and status in Granur is modeled on the routing playbooks partnerships and vendor-management teams already run — not a generic template.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

Finance, Legal, and Security reviews are first-class parts of the pipeline, so nothing reaches a vendor or gets filed away without the sign-offs it actually needs.

Built for the whole team

Partnerships, business leads, finance, legal, and security all work from the same contract record instead of scattered email threads and spreadsheets.
