Is our contract data safe, and where is it stored?
Your data is stored in the United States (AWS US East, Ohio) and encrypted in transit. Each organization's data is kept separate, access follows roles (owner, admin, member, viewer), passwords are hashed, and every administrative change is recorded in an audit log. Does the AI train on our contracts?
No. Granur uses Anthropic's Claude to read contracts, and under Anthropic's commercial terms your documents aren't used to train its models. We don't use them to train AI either. Everything the AI finds is shown to a person to review before it's saved.
Which tools does Granur connect to?
Slack and Microsoft Teams for alerts, Jira and ServiceNow for review and remediation tickets, DocuSign for signatures, HubSpot and Salesforce for vendor records, Google, Outlook and Apple calendars for deadlines, signed webhooks for your own systems (including Zapier, Make and Power Automate), and a read-only API. Vendors can also upload their own certificates and answer an AI questionnaire through a secure link, no account needed.
How long does setup take? Can we bring our existing tracker?
