Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• Your organization is responsible for what its users do in the service, and for removing people who should no longer have access.
• We can suspend access to protect the service or other customers, and we'll tell you why where we can.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically.
• Upgrades and downgrades apply straight away. Upgrades charge the prorated difference for the rest of the month, and downgrades credit the unused part to your next invoice.
• If a payment fails or a subscription ends, access to the service stops until it's active again.

3. Free trials

• We may offer a free trial after reviewing a request, and we can decline a request. A trial needs no card and nothing is charged automatically.
• A trial ends on the date in your welcome email unless we extend it. Access then stops until you choose a paid plan, so please export anything you want to keep before it ends.
• If you don't choose a plan, we permanently delete the organization's data 90 days after the trial ends. We'll email account owners 14 days before. Provider backups may hold copies for a limited time after that.

4. Your data

Your organization owns the contracts, vendor records and other content it puts into Granur. We use that content to provide the service and for nothing else, and we don't sell it. Our Privacy Policy and Trust center explain how it's handled and which providers process it.

5. AI features

Some features use AI to read documents and suggest answers. AI can be wrong, so review its results before relying on them. Granur supports your decisions and isn't legal, security or compliance advice.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to reach other customers' data, get around plan limits or security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

7. The service

We work to keep Granur available and secure, and we may change or improve it over time. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes. We don't currently offer a guaranteed service level unless we've agreed one with you in writing.

8. Closing your account

An owner can close the organization's account at any time under Settings, Security. Closing it stops billing and access straight away. We keep the data for 30 days in case the closure was a mistake, then permanently delete it. Please export anything you want to keep first. Provider backups may hold copies for a limited time after that.

We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees your organization paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell account owners by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
